Rates & Booking

Our current rates vary according to the season. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for the exact dates you require.

We offer discounts for longer stays of three weeks or more & last minute bookings.

Shorter stays will be considered (i.e. as a gap filler, adjacent to an existing reservation or last minute booking) but a cleaning fee will normally apply to bookings of less than 5 days.

The rates are based on up to a maximum of six people plus infants in cots/cribs.

For flexibility, we also have a small roll-out folding bed.

Cot/crib & high chair are provided free of charge.

Charging of electric vehicles and hybrids is not allowed.

Pool water temperature raises the most questions! At certain times of year, unheated pools will normally be very cold. Even in the height of summer they can be chilly and take a while to warm up after a period of rain. Our pool benefits from year round solar-heating which, whilst dependant on the weather, can make a significant difference to the water temperature. Although not required in the summer, for the cooler months we also have a heater option available at $29 including tax per day. We will do our best to advise you but it basically depends on the weather and how warm you like the water to be!

We offer a free wireless high speed wi-fi. We also offer free long distance and a generous amount of international calls.

Payments for bookings made direct with us:

In UK: UK£ BACS, cheque or with a debt/credit card via PayPal.

In US: US$ by Check or bank raised money order sent direct to our management company, bank transfer via Zelle or with a credit card via PayPal.

25% of the rental amount would be required to secure a booking, with the remaining 75% due 56 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made via sites we advertise our home on please refer to their payment options.

We will ask you to complete our own booking form/rental agreement via this web site (see below).

For bookings direct with us, we will provide you with a confirmation invoice for the deposit and once the balance is paid we will send you and updated invoice, directions and access details etc.

Our rate quoted is what you pay. Tax is included in the rates we quote you and there are no additional local taxes to add or any other hidden charges.

Our aim is that all who stay in our home will enjoy it as much as we do. We know, with the many choices available, it is difficult making a decision which one to pick.
